International Yoga Day Celebration at SGIS Vidyanagar
With the blessings of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Vidyanagar, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and devotion. The event began with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony performed by Pujya Bhagwat Swaroopdasji Swami, spiritually initiating the celebration.

A special yoga session was conducted by Vice Principal Shri Kalpesh Bhatt along with the PET team, where students actively participated in various yogic practices. Key asanas performed included Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Trikonasana, and Padmasana, followed by Pranayama and meditation.

The session promoted physical fitness, emotional balance, and spiritual awareness. The celebration reflected the school’s commitment to holistic development and instilling the values of a healthy lifestyle rooted in Indian tradition.
