Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration

Date: [7th September]

Objective: To celebrate the birth of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, and promote cultural awareness and values among students.

Activities:

1. Pandal Setup: Created a beautiful pandal with a Ganesh idol, flowers, and decorations.
2. Puja Ceremony: Conduct a traditional Ganesh Puja ceremony, led by teachers.
3. Student Performances: Organized cultural programs, songs, dances, and skits related to Ganesh Chaturthi.

5. Ganesh Idol Decoration: Had a competition for decorating the Ganesh idol with flowers, leaves, and other materials.
6. Storytelling Session: Organized a storytelling session about the significance of Ganesh Chaturthi and Lord Ganesha’s stories.
7. Prasad Distribution: Distribute prasad (offerings) to students and staff.

Preparations:

1. Invited guests to join the celebration.
2. Decorated the school with balloons, banners, and posters.
3. Prepared a photo booth with Ganesh-themed props.
4. Planned a special menu for the day, including traditional Maharashtrian dishes.

Message:

Ganesh Chaturthi is a celebration of wisdom, prosperity, and good fortune. Let us come together to worship Lord Ganesha and seek his blessings for a successful academic year.
